That's like one of those circular things? Conundrums? Maybe. a
misrepresentation is a false representation. Possibly not "false" but
incorrect would be a better modifier.

It is like misfeseance, malfeseance and nonfesanace.

Mis- gets you fired
Mal- gets you jail
Non - is if you are a US Government employee
