That the FAA is spending too many of our tax dollars to produce commercials

I am not bitching I am informing the tax paying and flying 
public of inappropriateness and waste with the use of their 
tax money within the FAA.
I am retired from the FAA. They did not screw me over they 
are SCREWING the flying public over every day. Why would I 
still want to work there? I just loved my job and the 
mission and hate to see the organization turn to **** due to 
politically correct tyranny and unqualified bozo management.

By the way, it's a free country. I can bitch and whine until 
I take my last breath if I want to. This is not North Korea 
the last time I checked. If nobody informed the public of 
mistakes and poor decisions within our Federal Government we 
would be a COMMUNIST nation.
In my humble opinion I am performing a public service in my 
spare time. If you don't like what I have to say enter me in 
your kill file.
Have you considered there may be a few tax paying citizens 
and pilots that want to be kept informed of FAA screw-ups 
and poor decisions? If the FAA has money for social feel 
good stuff and "Kissing the Black Ass" and diversity 
conferences at resort casinos in Las Vegas why are they 
cutting their controller and technical workforce? Why is the 
flying public suffering through the worst delays in American 
history under the current FAA leadership while they send 
those "Special Emphasis Employees" to resort casinos on mine 
and your tax dime?
Can YOU justify reducing controllers at the same time the 
FAA is sending Gay's and Blacks to Diversity conferences at 
resort casinos under the veil of Diversity?
If you can I would love to hear the justification. If I was 
in charge I would eliminate diversity conferences at resort 
casinos and hire a few more controllers. Which one has more 
impact on Air Safety? My vote is controllers and technicians do.

Perhaps the anonymous author's racial bias is a result of being raised
in the South where it is/was the norm among unenlightened Southerners?
I have met some well educated (older) professional people from the
South whose attitude toward blacks is shocking in today's world.  Our
nation's noble efforts to raise the level of opportunities available
to the disadvantaged are a subject of controversy, and to the extent
they reduce the role of performance in determining qualifications,
they probably always will be controversial and require periodic
reevaluation..  
Perhaps his/her views contain a modicum of truth inevitable in such a
program to integrate disadvantaged into the mainstream, but that is no
reason to espouse such blatant bigotry.  But it may be reason to amend
the integration effort however.  Surely the disadvantaged don't want
to be seen as being held to a lessor standard than others, as that
would tend to confirm their inferiority; they just need a little
assistance (for a generation or two) in gaining the skills that will
give them confidence that their opportunities to ascend the
professional ladder are achievable.  
Mr. McNicoll (a professional ATC controller) has intimated that all
FAA candidates for ATC positions are tested to the same objective
standards of certification.  If that is actually occurring, the
author's views are unfounded, and probably born of resentment for some
perceived wrong she/he encountered.  Dissenting viewpoints can be
beneficial, but I am unable to find any virtue in unfounded bigotry.
To the extend that the author indulges in that, it undermines his
arguments and credibility.  To make his/her point, he/she will need to
provide credible supporting evidence from impartial sources.  That may
be difficult to find, but an accurate journal of specific incidents
kept over a period of time could be useful.  Unfortunately, the idea
of such an objective tool would only occur to a person who wasn't
blinded by their firm conviction that their bias is truth.  
What I see is an obvious attempt to pervert a labor union into a
tyrannical vehicle of subversion (as has occurred in ATC in the past,
and in other industries as well).  Labor unions are a useful tool to
keep the balance of power between labor and management somewhat
centered.  When either side's agenda is exploitation, it undermines
their credibility, and exposes their greed to public view.

The entire point of the Diversity program has failed. It has 
installed the perception that "Disadvantaged" people have 
received hiring bias and preferential treatment. It has also 
created tremendous resentment in the workplace and allowed 
unqualified and untrained people into key management and 
safety positions in the FAA
Also, I am not sure in 2007 what disadvantaged is.
Is it bigotry to expose a fallacy of diversity or the fact 
people that are non-white are enjoying favors in the FAA?
It is not bigotry when you expose facts. Is it wrong that 
Civil Rights empires have mushroomed into huge tax wasting 
overhead while key positions like controllers and 
technicians in the FAA are CUT and reduced? Is that not a 
twisting of priority's? Will it not lead to people dying 
when lives depend on a sound and robust air traffic control 
system?
As far as your point regarding "Amending" the FAA and Big 
Business and Government Diversity programs I totally agree. 
What say we end affirmative action and diversity completely? 
Go to a numbered bid system. Remove color and sex and race 
from the applications. If a Black Female gets the job for 
example its on her merit and qualifications not quotas. The 
QUALIFIED people that Diversity programs are supposed to 
help have suffered.
IF? a person of color or female is qualified and outstanding 
in their field they are perceived as gotten the job because 
of quotas and diversity. Diversity programs in 2007 are 
counter productive. It is not 1965 anymore. The "Raised in 
the South" comment is bigoted toward Southerners. People 
from the North are way more racist than southerners plus the 
force feeding of laws from Washington D.C. has caused 
nothing but resentment and has been a failure.
I proposed to the FAA when I worked there that only one day 
be celebrated. December 17th the anniversary of the Wright 
Brothers flight. You would have thought I lynched all the 
black people the management had a fit. You know why? Because 
HUGE tax sucking EMPIRES have been built around the entire 
Civil Rights SCAM. Too many people are employed perpetuating 
the SCAM. (See AL Sharpton Race Card Academy)
I still stand behind my opinion that diversity and 
politically correct hiring has ruined the FAA and Federal 
Government. The proof is in the statistics and the 
performance of the various Government organizations over the 
last several years.
I can tell you this from personal experience. The Black 
Females and people that are Non-White in the FAA 
overwhelmingly are not qualified for their jobs. There are a 
few non white male FAA employees who are hard workers and 
very sharp. But the vast majority can't find their butt with 
both hands. THAT IS A FACT. When you try to discipline them 
or hold them accountable they scream racism and run to the 
various Civil rights empires to complain and shield 
themselves. The diversity programs are a failure. They need 
to be changed. (See record airline delays)
One last comment. When you pass over a white male employee 
who is qualified or force a white male employee to work for 
a unqualified diversity experiment is that not reverse racism?
