Getting rid of Speedbyrd forever by
Dan
Place a kill filter on oss.edu which is the server he is using.
Unfortunately it will also remove everybody else from that server. I look at
it this way oss.edu doesn't seem willing or able to get rid of him and this
works. If enough people do it he will just swivel up and die like the slug
he is.

FS2004 vs. Elite by
HankPilot2002
I am getting ready to buy my first flight sim package and was wondering about
the quality of FS2004 vs Elite. Is one package noticably better than the other
? I realize there is a huge price difference in the two. Any input you could
provide would be appreciated.

Lancair Legacy 2000 by

I just downloaded & installed a Lancair Legacy 2000 for FS2004 today from

anyone who wants a high performance single engine homebuilt. It is fully
compatible with FS2004, and I have been having a blast with it....

Joystick by
Jocko
G'day!
I have a Logitech Wingman Extreme 3D Digital joystick. It's been working
fine for about a year, but now the rudder axis is very jittery. I was
blaming FS2004 for the poor taxiing when it turned out to be the joystick.
I only found this out when I thought I'd try to calibrate it again. ...

Did any of you who got as far as starting the install of this notice the warning

Does anyone know if it's a 'beta' version of some kind? If so, the webpage
