Henry J Cobb

systems of not being transformational enough.

A document recently leaked showed that the White House had instructed
the Pentagon to conduct a review of the F/A-22 and the...

~ BUSH ALL WASHED UP ~ by
B2431
From: (MrPepper11)
And the worst kept secret in Washington D.C. is that Bush also does
not read memos (including the CIA ones). He prefers a verbal briefing
from his staff. It isn't that Bush is dumb; it is his dyslexia that
makes it hard for him to read many...

stand off missiles by
[email protected]
The Air Staff in the UK were looking at standoff missiles in the late
50s/early 60s. These would have been turbojet or ramjet missiles. They
were always objected to on the grounds of 'vulnerability'.
Can anyone answer some questions?
1. A ramjet missile travelling Mach 2 to 3 at 70,000ft.

There's an article on Pulse Detonation Engines at:

How much potential do PDE's have? Will they ever be more than a laboratory
curiousity?

hi alt oxygen by
Arquebus257WeaMag
Im just wondering why pure oxygen is used for high altitude flying
instead of regular air. I thought prolonged exposures to breathing
pure oxygen can be harmfull as you can become oxygen dependant.

OT Funny list of what not to do in the US army by
Pat Carpenter
Skippy's List
Once upon a time, there was a SPC Schwarz stationed with the Army in
the Balkans. SPC Schwarz was either very clever or very bored; but
probably both, since he managed to attempt or be warned about 213
things he wasn't allowed to do. He collected those things into a
hilarious list...

… because if we cannot build the STOVL aircraft, then we really cannot
proceed with the F-35 program.
So if the F-35A works, but the F-35B doesn't then the Air Force will buy
no JSFs?
