Want to purchase PA34-200 Seneca by
Grasshopper
Has anyone owned or flown a Seneca I or Seneca II? If so, please share
thoughts on the aircraft. I want to purchase an aircraft with optional 7th
passenger seating so I can take my whole family places.

Passengers in flight at one time by
Scott Summers
Not sure if this is the proper area to post this question - but
someone told me the other day - that at any given time, there are at
least one million passengers on airplanes in the skies.
I thought this number was unusually high. But then I thought about it
and it started to make sense.
Can...

Anyone know what happened to Sky Life Flying Camp? by
[email protected]
I too joined the club in February 1973,up at the camp. Not really knowing what I was facing,Lee seemed to be a straight forward, although who knew, and no one was giving up secrets. I witnessed many strange occurrences, and at 15 who would realize that we were under his commands. We as young innocent...

UK planning to evict N-registered aircraft by
Juan Jimenez
The reason is that the bureaucracy and incompetents feel threatened by the
trend. It is my opinion that people go the N-registered route so as not to
have to deal with the bozos who have gone so far as to tell UK pilots what
airplanes they are skilled enough to fly, and that they are doing it...

Biplane wing dihedral by
vincent p. norris
Friend of mine said at lunch today that the upper wings of biplanes
have no dihedral. Hementioned specificlaly the Stearman PT-17.
I believe he was mistaken. I know the Sopwith Camel upper wing was
flat but I think the PT-17 and most other biplanes have dihedral in
both wings.
Any expert...

Flying (Color) Blind by
David Powell[_2_]
Met a very well-marked High School student today who wants to do flying as a career.
He has one problem, he is red-green color blind.
He believes that the services will not take him as a military pilot, but he would still love to fly.
Are there airlines or cargo carriers who will take a...

WAC vs Sectional by
[email protected]
I currently subscribe to the Airchart IFR and sectional service. I was
looking at changing to the WAC and IFR service.
What exactly is the difference between the WAC and sectional charts?
Do the WACs show all the MOAs/restricted/etc areas? Are all the same
airports listed?
Thanks

Harold Kruger 89-92,pre-paid lost money. The only weird crap that happened to me. I missed a few scheduled flights and Lee brought me into the office and verbally reprimanded me. Small aircraft exhaust silencer manufacturers? by
Seppo Sipilä
Hello all, I'm trying to find manufacturers of exhaust silencers for
typical Continental and Lycoming small-aircraft engines. I know of
Gomolzig, are there others?
I'm looking for officially approved silencers, preferrably such that
they can be installed to the original exhaust manifold.
