Erie in-cabin photo's from inside GOL 737 (0/1) by
four-oh-four
Last month a B737 had a mid air collision with a Embraer Legacy while
cruising at 35,000 feet over South America. The Embraer Legacy,
though seriously damaged, with the winglet ripped off, managed to make
a landing at a nearby airstrip in the midst of the Amazon jungle. The
crew and passengers of...

Unknown to me P-3 purpose by
Jim Morris[_2_]
While walking through airliners.net today, I came across this P-3. Even with
all my "vast knowledge" I don't know what the thing in the center of the

I save the entire comment on the plane in the file name. Google didn't give
me...

rich359
Yesterday the Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX of the RNLAF Historic Flight
Foundation skidded of the runway on landing at Gilze-Rijen airbase in the
Netherlands. The pilot was ok, but the aircraft suffered some damage. These
are the only pictures I could find.
The news agencies say this was the only...

WHY IT'S GREAT TO BE A PILOT by
Jim[_8_]
Because I fly
I laugh more than other men.
I look up and see more than they.
I know how the clouds feel,
What it's like to have the blue in
my lap,
to look down
on birds,
to feel freedom in a thing called

A day that would live in infimy.
Considering this group is dominated by Yanks from Yankyville, I would
have thought that one of them would have posted a picture of a...

Hammertime for lefTurds
Oh jeepers. I meant to rename that pic of
John (Wormfood) McLame before posting.
Please note that it should have been titled,
"Songbird." Thank you.

BUFFs - index.jpg (1/1) [49K] by
Netko
I thought these might be of interest here - a fairly arbitrary
selection of USAF pictures of B-52s for no particular reason other
than that I'd drawn them togther.
You may have seen all, some or none of them before.
