Need Micro Balancer by
Jim
I am looking for a Micro balancer for my Mini-500. While it is very smooth
in most conditions I wil want to use a micro balancer in the future as
future preventive maintenance will tend to cause changes to current
settings. Must be a 100 or so out there now with no use because most
Mini-500 owners...

Ed Wischmeyer
Has anyone got an appreciation of the RAC (formerly Menzimer Aircraft
Corporation) stick grips? I am particularely interested in the multiple
switch model.
Don't know which one that is, but there's a lot of very bad human
factors that goes into stick grips with lots of switches.

Any opinions? Is a two-part epoxy like T-88 inherently superior to a
one-part catalyzed polyurethane? Why?

What did you look for in a plane? by
Byron Miller
I am interested in building, and i love my choices.
I'm all for building a 4 seater, but i'm sure 99% of the time it will be
just me and or me and my buddy.
Is it better to just rent a "family cruise" when needed and do something
more enjoyable? I'd like to build the Pulsar or the Lancair 2...

I need a surplus turbine ignition exciter that can produce 2 joules of power
at the plug. The one I have now is not powerful enough and makes it hard to
start my engine. I don't need a plug but a serviceable harness at least 24"
long with good hardware would be nice. Send me a pic and asking price....

The Piper Cubs That Weren't by
Veeduber
It was olive drab with a big white star on the fuselage and looked like a Piper
Cub but wasn't. I had all the trading cards from Wings cigaret packs and the
aircraft recognition silhouetted cards they'd passed out at school and I could
tell a Mustang from a Messerschmidtt quicker than anybody...

I'd like to read an STC; specifically SA4-836 , which covers using

A google for that number wasn't much help.
