"Discovery Wings" channel showcases a test pilot.... by frank wight
And one of the "tests" is to fly high and level and throw the after-burner switch, then go to idle, and then back on after-burner. Trouble is, they didn't actually film the event and I'm curious about what such a procedure feels like. Anybody know?

OT Funny list of what not to do in the US army by Pat Carpenter
Skippy's List Once upon a time, there was a SPC Schwarz stationed with the Army in the Balkans. SPC Schwarz was either very clever or very bored; but probably both, since he managed to attempt or be warned about 213 things he wasn't allowed to do. He collected those things into a hilarious list...

Question on TF-30 30k lbt variant. .. by Smartace11
I was wondering why the engine wasn't considered for the F-14 or why the Air Force and Navy didn't do a joint thing and use it on both aircraft. Seems like it would have been a no-brainer. Of course with the way the F-100/F401-P-400 went, maybe that's being overly optimistic.

Moore Plays The Nation's Liberals For Fools by W. D. Allen Sr.
Michael Moore has done it again. He knows better how to dupe fools if any charlatan ever did. He realizes the two digit IQ liberals are so easy to seduce that he can make phony movies they will actually pay to see. Of course his movies only need to feed into their prejudices! That's how he makes...
