information, a friend of mine installed a $150 inertial reel from
Chief aircraft in a PA28-180 as a replacement for one that had frayed

Hi
Has anyone been successful in updating a Honeywell Bendix-King KLN 94
(or 89/B) database via "direct cable connection" from the computer to
the KLN94's serial port using an Intel Apple Mac running Windows under
Parallels? The Mac doesn't have a serial port so it is necessary to use
a USB...

Fuel Lube Preferences? by

Anybody have any preferences between the clear fuel lube in a tube and
the older, tan, waxy type you get in a can?
I am about to service a poorly-accessible fuel selector valve and want
to use the longest-lasting stuff.
