It looks to me like the dial on top is what actually does the steering. It
changinges direction depending on where the aircraft is turning.

A few hours produce a few good things. Including one off my want list.
A Commutair Dash-8 with United Express Titles. Plus a Navy King Air,
and a couple Gulfstreams. N300WY despite having hush kits, sure made
a lot of noise.

Would this be one with a time-expired wing box?
the photos say its VX305 which makes it a C-130K
construction number falls in the 1966-68 time frame in the H model
sequence.
C/n 4273 XV305 C130K C.3
thought the wingbox problem was in the A models and those fall in the
1954-57 time...
