Does anyone know where I might find structural drawings for a UH-1? -- J Kimmel www.metalinnovations.com "Cuius testiculos habes, habeas cardia et cerebellum." - When you have their full attention in your grip, their hearts and minds will follow.

UH-1 Tailpipe by Brien
I have a UH-1 tailpipe with cooling fins and looks like a heat exchanger and a line for fuel. Was this used to reduce the heat signature and risk of heat seeking missile attack.

UH-12B by brien
Thinking of buying a OH-23B, the wood blades are bad just how hard are they to find, and at what cost $$$. Also the OH-23 never had the airworthness cert issued, this should be the same as the UH-12B . I believe I can get the standard airworthness cert with a DAR and conformity with the original...

Uh-1B by brien
I have been looking for a UH-1 for several years for experimental exhibition as a war bird. I have found two of them with no paperwork no log books no traceable bill of sale to the U.S. Government for the original sale or for that matter to the last owner. I have been told this is not that...

UH-1F Huey help by
Hello, I've looked 'high and low' but cannot locate a Speed Decreaser Gear (SDG) to fit a T58-GE-3 engine. I believe this motor originally flew in a UH-1F Huey. The SDG needs to be complete, in running condition but does not require 'air-worthy' paperwork (as this for a 'non-aircraft' application)...

UH-1H by Brien
I have a UH-1H that I want to get running for a display or just something to turn up in my back yard. I need a T-53 engine it does not need paperwork or be airworthy just runable. I also need another transmission it also does not need to be airworthy. Any contact would be helpful . Brien

UH=1 by Brien
The rear transmission support on a UH-1, is this one support mostly for the twisting action of translational lift ? Or is it more of a vibration or shock unit. As it is only held in by (8) -3 bolts it hard to think of any real support.

UK RNAS Culdrose Airshow- anyone going? by Joe landy
Hi all, Believe it's soon the weekend of Culdrose airshow. Anyone going? In fact, some web pages quote the 19th, others quote 16th. I thought it was on for 2 or 3 days? I'm in Cambridgeshire, so it's a bit of a trek by road. Anyone from my area dropping in by air? I'd be interested in hitching a...

Ultralite helicopter by Stuart & Kathryn Fields
Just back from Bensen days and Sun'n Fun. I flew (hover taxiied) a 254# legal ultralite helicopter. I was amazed at the lack of any tendency to depart to a foreign zip code. The little Mosquito Air felt more stable to me than a Bell 47. At Sun'n Fun John Snider demonstrated several autos to...

Ultrasport kit helicopter by vince
I was hoping that I could get some advice on the Ultrasport Kit helicopter, in particular on REAL build times for the 331 and 496??. I have been told that the Rotorway is approximately 800-1000 hours, and that the ultrasport is far quicker at about 300 hours. I am from the UK, and there are no...

unique new VFR navigation plotter by Jeff Dakers
Hi everyone, I Just got a new enroute plotter for VFR flying, and it is amazing! If you haven't heard about it, it's made by Jeffron Industries and they call it the Speed Wizard and it's great for finding out ETA's and groundspeed real fast while your flying. It really is so easy I...
