Connecting InReach to Parachute Strap by David Hart
I want to strap my InReach to my parachute's right shoulder harness so that if I exit the glider prematurely the emergency beacon stays with me :-) Any recommendations? The one InReach accessory I found online seemed ridiculously expensive. I would think an elastic strap with velcro fastener...

ASW-15 Spoiler Adjustment by Phil Chidekel
Anyone have any experience tackling asymmetric dive-brakes on an ASW-15? The left side sticks up about 30mm more than the right side, and a mechanic and I spent the day fiddling with the adjustments (to no avail). We wrote Schleicher for the drawings, but does anyone have any...

Polish Grand Prix by Juanman[_2_]
The Polish Grand Prix has amazing tracking in real time. But the scoring is a mess. Apparently there is an issue with the finish line and both days show all landing out. Anyone know what's going on? http://www.sgp.aero/poland2017/results-sgp/results.aspx?contestID=28344

Hi everyone I'm thinking about buying a DG400 and I'm looking for opinions. It would be my first self launching glider and I would appreciate any advise. I've seen the market and the price range between 50.00 and 56.000€ with about 140 to 200h engine hours. I've been reading these days a lot...

Why are so many Stemme S10-VT motorgliders for sale? by VARR
There appear to be a number of Stemme S10-VT motorgliders for sale. Take the wings and wheels motorglider listings. Usually I might see 1 for sale, today there are at least 4. http://wingsandwheels.com/want-ads10.htm Are these people already upgrading to the Antares? ;-) I'm not trolling, but...

Strong 303 parachute gauging interest. by quietpilot
I own a Strong 303 parachute that is in excellent physical condition. people think it is new but is in fact more than 20 years old. It is stored in its carry bag and indoors when not being worn. I have it repacked yearly when Strong's master rigger visits and packs for a local air show. She claims...

Reserve altitude by [email protected]
Just double checking my understanding of the see you mobile, (Oudie) reserve altitude correction. If I set my reserve at 1000' and my target field is at 700' and my "Arrival Altitude" says 2700' ... does that mean I will arrive at 3700' essentially 2000 above the ground? Dennis DC

DISCUS CS W&B by [email protected]
Good Morning -- The Discus CS maintenance manual (page 29) uses a value of 135mm (5.3 inches) as the 'A' distance between the datum and the main wheel axle. For those who have actually measured this, do you get a range of values -- because of manufacturing differences - or because springs/shocks...
