Stall strips vs. Washout by
[email protected]
I've noticed a lot of aircraft are designed to use washout at the tips
to control stall behaviour. The idea as it was explained was that they
wanted the inboard part of the wing to stall before the outboard part
so aileron authority could be maintained a little longer.
I've also seen mention of...

Hey all,
I'm looking at starting to build a premolded composite quickbuild kit

Glassgauge AEC-0200 by
G. Fred McCutchen
I had ordered a AEC0200 from Glass Gauge and finally got it after over two
months, but it came with no sensors, cables, instructons, schematics, etc.
Does anyone out there have any info on the pin-outs , etc. Any help would
be appreciated.

far I'm OK-happy with this combination)
I've been reading these newsgroups with Outlook Express since 1998. I'm
familiar with it and I like it. Comfort...

Anyone using or know anything about a Gables MODEL G1307A

Fueling from plastic gasoline containors by
Michael Horowitz
I may have an opportunity to move to a hanger at a private strip; no
facilities, so I'll have to tote in my own gasoline in 2 1/2 gal
plastic containors.
When refueling, do I only need to worry about grounding the a/c?

Archer Cowl needs work - Advice? by
Bob Chilcoat
We have a '74 PA-28-180 - the first year this model was called an "Archer".
The cowl is not in the greatest shape, partly because of its age, and partly
because one of the partners a few years ago landed on a runway that was
about 18" too short and slid gently into the chain link fence at the...

High thrust line on canard design? by

I have little aerodynamic konwledge so I am begging an explanation for
this statement.
The only reason I can think of from my layman's view is high...

Does anyone know of plans, sketchs, or pictures for building a propane
