Shop Layout Questions by
GreenPilot
I have a 20'x20' shop that I am remodeling and am seeking suggestions
for an optimum layout for building. Currently it is wired basically,
and I know I (read electrician) will adding a plurality of shop lights
and higher voltage outlets. Other than that, what else should I
consider?
I will be...

Don't ya love it! Mike Melville of all people earned that ride by
working with Burt for more than 30 years on all the projects. Mike
was around before the Long EZE. At 62 years old, Mike becomes an

Flying to Fields near OSH by
Rob McDonald
I unexpectedly have the opportunity to fly to Airventure for a few days. A
friend who has done this before has recommended that I fly to a field near
OSH rather than right in to Wittman Regional. I will be flying around the
north end of Lake Michigan.
Do you have any recommendations for which...

Camping at OSH by
COROSS2
I am planning to attend Airventure for the first time this year. I thought I'd
drive up the morning of the 27th and camp for 3 nights. Is it likely I will be
able to get a site at that time? How are the facilities?
Thx

Handheld GPS Works Fine, Except in One Particular Aircraft by
jls
When I attach it to the yoke and put the antenna on the dash over the panel,
it refuses to get any satellites--- none. Yet it works fine in another 172
and in a Taylorcraft -- and in all the other airplanes I've used it in.
Now why is that? It will work as long as the master and radios are not...

striped spinner by
Pianome
Does any of you old-timers, or young'uns have an idea of how to put a
barber-stripe on a spinner? I'm having a heck of a time putting tape on and
keeping it even. Also what size stripe would look best? It is a 9" diameter
by 12" tall.

Anybody driving from Arizona to Oshkosh? by
Ed Wischmeyer
I'm donating a box of stuff to the EAA library, and am hoping to find a
ride to Oshkosh for it. What with the density altitude and an already full
load, we can' t put it in the Cessna.
thanks

Lockers at OshKosh? by
Steve Ruse
I'll probably be camping at OshKosh, and I would like a place to lock up my
stuff during the day. Are there lockers available? Has theft typically been
a problem in the more remote camping areas, or would I be OK to just leave
my tent up and leave everything (but valuables) in it?
Thanks!

Ignition problem? by
nauga
My #3 cylinder has always run a little cold
on the right mag only. I fixed what I thought
was an intake leak 20 hours ago and that helped,
or at least seemed like it, but today it became
clear that #3 was not firing at all on the right
mag. To make a very long story a little shorter,
the problem...

Lycoming CAD file wanted by
Dave Driscoll
Group,
Anyone out there know where I can find a three view (or 3D solid model)
of the lycoming O360 in some kind of CAD format. I seem to recall that
people have talked about using something like this for baffling but
couldn't find the thread. Any help appreciated.
