If you better economics, start at home by
R.L.

Here's evidence why the gov't assholes overreacted. by
R.L.
It's come out that the C150 was squawking VFR. Why on F*g earth would a
pilot on a supposed suicide-bomb mission bother to have his damned
transponder on, much less squawk 1200 while penetrating the ADIZ? Doesn't
make sense.
I believe I heard that the 9/11 hijackers knew enough to turn...

Lightning hitting Kennedy's jet. by

Anyone know or see more details about Ted Kennedy's jet being struck by
lightning last Friday, other than what appeared in wire stories. Wonder how
the crew could divert to HVN and fly *manually* when they claim that all
power was...

safety pilot question by
Rachel
Does a safety pilot need to have a current medical? I think I should
know the answer to this, but all I can find in the regs is the
"appropriate category and class ratings" part.
I'm thinking they don't need one (after all, a CFI doesn't need one in
some cases), but could someone clue me in on...

I've been doing a little research off and on for the past few months,
but can't seem to find anyone who is actually involved.
So - what's the story? Is it a good organization to get involved in?
