Transfer registration from Canada to US by

What is involved in purchasing a helicopter that is registered in Canada and
re regestering it in the US?

There are gyroplanes like the one made by Groen Bros, and also the old
Fairy, which used ramjets on the rotortips to boost rpm and lift

Is there anybody reading this group who has experience with
transporting a patient with an intra-aortic balloon pump in an Agusta
A109 or A119 helicopter? I am particularly interested the aircraft is
best loaded and the pump stowed.

new regional fire/rescue helo operation when one of the crew/pilots noted
that they were doing a lot of NV training so they can start fighting fires

airfields for the first time.
Often I could easily land without going anywhere near the circuit.
This can sometimes benefit other traffic but what do experienced
pilots do?
