prop for 1600 cc VW by
dave
I am looking for info as to which prop would be suitable for a Pober Pixie
with a 1600 cc VW. The plane has a 53x38 which is too much for the engine.
I believe that is used on an 1835 cc VW, same plane . Any info or leads to
info would be appreciated.

WTB CHT probes by
[email protected]
A friend of mine is in need of six sparkplug type of CHT probes. He
bought a engine analyzer with bayonette probes, but his GO-300 won't
accept those.
I think that he bought the JPI one, i'm not sure what flavor probes he
needs.
Anybody have any laying around they would like to part with,...

I'd almost give one of the family jewels for a Super Rebel/Moose with an M14 on it.

Big Brother Wants to Know if You Have a Misdemeanor Record Before You Fly by
jls
And he asks this nosy, meddlesome affront to the Constitution on your
application for a third class medical.
Here's the question: Do you have a history of nontraffic convictions
(misdeameanors or felonies)? And take a look at the intrusive question
next to it. Then ask yourself wtf that...

Sorry by
jls
I left out the crime of communicating a threat. We have an Arrow driver on
our airport convicted of that. He should immediately report to Big Brother
and surrender his license and medical.
Hmmmm. Gosh, I bet he's already a felon. When he filled out the 8500-9
he lied. He perjured himself....

restoring aircraft by
Dave068
I am torn between building or restoring a plane. My question lies in
how do I get a rebuilt plane reregistered and is there an age or type
limit of what I can rebuild(say a navion45 vs a 50s cessne 300
series).
Thank You

Sport Pilot cuts off special issuance at the knees by

From the Sport Pilot final rule:
"The FAA has reconsidered the circumstances in which a current and valid

certificate and has
made substantive revisions to the medical provisions in the final rule.

A question on Airworthiness Inspection by
Dave S
Ok.. I have a real problem with what you just described. An AC, by the
FAA's own definition, is considered an ACCEPTABLE means of compliance,
but not the ONLY means of compliance with the rule. So if the AC says
its acceptable, then there is no basis for it to be rejected solely on
those...

Wanted: Continental engines guru by
Philippe
Hello,
On my Gardan Minicab F-PRAZ, I have a A65-8F.
I have some question about these engines (only for experimental use)
1- Is the rear case fuel pump serviceable, or did I need a new rear case for
new oil pump?
2-May I bolt any cylinder P/N on any crankcase? for exemple a C90 cylinder
