ArtKramr

sign of a break in the weather. Then we all descended on the Metro office where
our weatherman 1st.Lt. Paul Forant (Boston) was working up...

Cobalt by
Dan Welch
Hello,
from reading in the threads relating to nuclear war in the '80s, they
mention "cobalt weapons". Can anyone explain what these are? I very vaguely
remember a mention to them a book once but have no real idea.
cheers

It never occured to me, is the ground clearing enough for
the Tomcat to land on an aircraft carrier with fuel tanks
like this?

What Happened to the He-274? by
Ashton Archer III
Did the French ever put the aircraft in a museum?
I was also wondering if there are any color photos of the machine
known in French service as the AAS-01A. All I can find is the old B&W
photos like this one:

There's not enough money to care for wounded soldiers, but enough for
fedgov waste (and billions in aid for Israel).

In the test pilot thread I mentioned Hanna Reitsch and some of her
aircraft flown. I mentioned the See Adler (Sea Eagle) amphibian glider
which most of you have never heard of. Here is a photo of it(1935):
