Question on ownership by John
Seems to me an element of flexability would be required for this to work, in addition to the money/piloting skills etc. If you can work from home from time to time (telecommute), that will help you when the aircraft goes down for maintainance. Also, what about thunderstorms during the summer? ...

Advice on camping at Oshkosh by Paul Millner
It would be most convenient for me to arrive on Monday, the day before the show officially begins. I could arrive around noon. The plane and I are IFR capable, so weather, unless truly horrible, should not be a serious impediment. The question is, what are the chances that the GAC area will...

ASOS by PaulaJay1
Many ASOS frequencies in the Ohio area are being changed to the same frequency(121.425). I find this bad since I usually tune in my local ASOS from 50 to 100 miles out (depending on altitude). This was fine when the frequencies were different, but now I get info from a nearer one. I want to know...

Extra fees by Paul Millner
What is a flow fee? Typically a per gallon fee charged by an airport operator to anyone flowing fuel on their airport. Some operators even try to charge the guy pouring mogas from 5 gallon cans into his 172. I've seen as low as a penny, and as much as a dime... 3 to 5 cents is typical. Paul
