Anyone know any info about an accident at La Port Texas early this week?
All I know is they were doing touch and goes and something happened to cause
the accident.

Safety of aircraft in Mexico.. by
Dan
I am contemplating a trip to Mexico. How safe is an aircraft parked at
a Mexican airport (say Guymas)?
Can I leave my 396, headsets, etc. inside the plane? I am wondering if
they are more at risk sitting in the plane, or in the hotel room....

OT sort of; kiln firing and aviation by
Jose
My wife is a potter, and last week we were firing the kiln. It's a gas
kiln, and one of the advantages of gas firing is the ability to get
reduction effects by controlling the atmosphere inside the kiln. We
were doing this, and since I have a greater understanding of chemistry,
I was trying to...

Flying from Canada into Washington State by
randall g
I am based in Boundary Bay BC and am thinking of flying south into the
US for the first time. For a flight to BFI what is the best plan? Who do
you talk to and where? What is a good route?
Also I'm interested in Port Townsend. I note it is surrounded by MOA's.
Are these always active? Is there any...

Here is a photo I took of Lt. Kevin Davis at Oshkosh last year after
he had given a ride to Harrison Ford (in back seat). Kevin perished
in his F-18 in the recent Blue Angels accident. He looked like a very
nice guy when I saw him last year, what a sad...

Many of you are now following the exploits of our friends in
Rockland County, New York as they fight the Failed Aviation

Virgin Galactic To Begin Operation In New Mexico In Two Years by

requirement, they will probably be subjected to more invasive

Nexus program of any use flying? by
Paul kgyy
There's a $50 program to speed Canada/U.S. cross border transportation
for marine and highway use.
Is it of any value when flying across? Scuttlebutt is that flying
into Canada isn't any hassle but coming back into the U.S. can be a
real PITA.
