Legal distance between street & helipad by
Darryl
There's a facility locally where all employees enter the rear parking
lot via a private drive. The drive is located 25 yards from the
helipad, and it goes BY the helipad, but does not connect to it.
When a helicopter is landing, parked, or taking off, the drive is
closed off to thru traffic.

Iroquois 73-21763 by
Darryl Gibbs
Hi everyone.
The Dandenong RSL has acquired an Iroquois from the USA which has now
arrived in Australia and which will soon be mounted on a display pole.
It is 73-21763, construction number 13451.
Can anyone help out with any history of this aircraft or even photographs of
it when in service?

Student Rotorcraft Renter's Insurance by
Davdirect
Does anyone know of a source of renters insurance for a student R22 pilot? I
was on AOPA's website and they only cover fixed wing. I'm not comfortable with
the amount of insurance my school carries.
Thanks

V-22 Rotor Question by
Dave Jackson
Literature mentions that the 3-blade V-22 rotor hub is attached to the rotor
shaft by a means of gimbal or universal joint. Gimbal and universal joints
do not transmit a constant velocity when the hub and shaft axes are not
aligned.
Does anyone know if the V-22 uses a gimbal joint or if it...
