and is presently being integrated on foreign...

First US Plane fired on? by
TooPlaneCrazy7
Hi all,
I live near a fort called "Fort Brown" in Brownsville, Texas and there is an
historical marker that reads, "'First Army US Warplane', on this spot was made
the first flight of US Army plane to be fired on in armed hostilities on April
20, 1915." Then it goes on about how the planes were a...

December 6,1941 by
BOB URZ
I have often wondered. Given a 24 hour advanced notice that an attack
was eminent in 72 hours or less, what would have been the outcome at
Pearl Harbor? Say on dec 6, Pearl was given intel that an attack would
come anytime in the next 72 hours.
What could have been done differently to affect the...

A note from the home front by
John Keeney
Seems my niece's husband will be home from Iraq Saturday.
He's had a stress fracture in his back and muscle spasms to
go along with it and is coming back on a medical.
Member of the 101st and is in Kuwait awaiting his flight home.
She is, needless to say, pleased.

EU as joke (modified) by
Cub Driver
The more or less final (some would say "cooked") figures are in, and
Europe's performance is not entirely as shabby as I earlier posted.
Japan says it will provide $5 billion, including $3.5 billion in loans
(as if Iraq needed any more of those, after what Germany, France, and
Russia extended to...
