Matrox by boB
Thanks all for the advice. I'll look into the Matrox web site. I have been doing some experimenting with using my 2 monitors as a flight screen. If I use the 19" for the fwd view with an undocked window showing fwd/left view on the left monitor it does give an acceptable view out the left side....

Funny.......... by JJ
The 2004 natinals are over, and they were a bust! The IPMS is going to declare it soon, and the Phoenix Craig Hewitt Chapter website is already GONE! That speaks volumes! I bet they refuse to eat their share of the losses! HA! What a joke!

gameport or USB adapter? by FatKat
I just got a new Dell that seems to lack a gameport adapter. Obviously new controls would be good - but I'm not so hardcore or deep pockets that I wouldn't prefer some way to hold onto my existing set-up (A thrustmaster FCS & WCS & CH non-Pro Pedals). I've seen multi-port adapters that plug into...

Flight Simulator 2004 by issam.elk

Superjumbo unlikely to fly to a city near you by NewsBOT
It's one thing to build a really, really big airplane. It's quite another to find a place for it to land. U.S. airports from Seattle to Atlanta say accommodating Airbus SAS's new superjumbo A380 in anything other than an emergency would require major construction. Runways would need widening, and...

How F-15s Work by NewsBOT
It didn't take long for the world to figure out the combat potential of airplanes. In 1911, only eight years after the Wright brothers got their creation off the ground, the U.S. military started dropping test bombs from above. A few years later, World War I troops were battling it out in the sky...
