Ever heard about Mr. James Files? by
George Z. Bush

peace. Anyway, if I have a choice of believing the findings of a commission
headed by a Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court or the rantings of
a bunch of conspiracy loons, it's not much of a...

Please check your files - any Mosquito photographs? by
Krztalizer
Hello to all. I know that a lot of us have run into various aircraft over the
years and I think its likely that some of you have photographs of DH-98
Mosquitos from some time in your past. I am in the process of gathering Mossie
photos for YAMB (Yet Another Mosquito Book) and have collected some...

Using the AF to get into Med school... by
Eastward Bound
Is it almost guaranteed if you want to use the air force to get into
med. school and to pay for it?
As long as you can make it through basic training?
How exactly does that work? Basic training? AIT? Why AIT when they
just pay your tuition for your choice of university?
I hear you owe the air...

[OT] Where to post? by
John Penta
Yes, I know it's bad to START a thread off-topic, but I have no idea
how else to ask.
OK, in my quest to look for bibliographies so I can do research for
school, I figured I'd look on USENET.
Unfortunately, I have no idea where to begin looking. Side-factor is
that I only know English; Not even...

Special EWO School by
OXMORON1
Circa 1968 the USAF ran a special school for "Special EWO" positions. In short
the students got a quickie EWO course, got a suffix on their AFSC, went to SAC,
which allowed the release of skilled EWOs to move out of B-52s into hot slots
such as Weasels, EB and EC aircraft.
The "Special EWO" class...
