FS2006 by
Ace
You pose interesting questions. I'm not sure if FS2006 is something
that will be announced.... However let us assume that it will be! -
There are one or two things that I would love to see improved upon.
I still want to fly over the poles! -
LA to Tokyo would certainly be more realistic. The...

Look here Mr nOOB! the only way I can see your avatar the correct way
is to turn my screen over... but then all the text is upsidown!
Actually if you look really closely at your avatar the left hydraulic
rudder (Back section) is clearly angeled the wrong way for the level
of afterburner that the...

extended triple lock hydro-thermo air flow systems installed in the
v2.2 RDS rudder developed by Nasa aerospace labs?
How embarrassing.

Reading material & flight recordings for FS2004? by
John Doe
I would like to read about the operation of FS2004 and about how to fly the
aircraft. Longer articles are better.
I would like to review flight recordings too if anyone has them or knows
where to download them.
Is there any way to spectate someone else flying? I know there is online
play. Maybe...

Ready to install FS2004, guess the frame rate? by
John Doe
I home build my PC continuously. Configuration, Windows or BIOS, is
easy. However, seems I never get the (3DMark) scores like some who have
equivalent systems.
My system:
....K7T Turbo2

....Athlon XP 2400+ (2 GHz)

Real Flight controller by
Jack Schmidling
I just purchased a MS Simx and am trying to use my Real Flight
controller for model to work with it.
Biggest problem is the rudder. I can not get the left stick to
identify itself in the controls change dialogs.
Any ideas?

Real Flight Simulators VC-10 by
Chris McBrien
Am I in the right forum? I can't find anything about the real flight
sims, not airmchair joysticks.
I was on the first full digital sim by Redifon, the RAF's VC-10
sim of 1966 vintage. OK the picture system was analogue but the rest
was driven by a Ferranti Argus 3520B.

Real GPS data into Flight sim 9. by
Brian Heiland
Has anyone been able to take actual GPS track data from a Garmin GPS, and
converted it to a replay file in FS 2004?
I realize that the GPS data would not include any pitch or bank information,
but it would have heading information, and position information.
Is the replay file format of Flight sim...

Real GPS with flight simulator by
Sam Body
Is it possible to have a flight simulator (MS or X-plane) to send the
simulated position to the serial port (MNEA phrases) in such a way
that a real handheld GPS would show that sane position on it's screen.
This would enhance the learning experience a lot.
One could set the flight plan on the GPS...

real Weather download problem by
George Bozovic
Hi,
I just moved to university that uses a proxy server. It blocks most of
the ports, however the port 80 seems to be free (for HTTP). When I
arrived here, it seems that real weather download no longer works and
it tells me that it has a problem with an internet connection.
I think we are using a...
