L52 by
Javier Henderson
Has anyone here flown to L52 lately? I noticed that their website,
www.aircamp.com, is offline.
I'm thinking about camping there for a night or two soon, and I was
hoping to get some current feedback...
Thanks.

Lack of ferry permit by
J983
The airport where it was purchased was not friendly to it or the new owner (me) about having work done on it.
My plane out of annual ended up over at the shop that was to do the annual.
FSDO found it there and looked at the logs. I got a call and letter wanting an explanation.
I have not...

Hey,
I was applying for a job as an ATCO, and have been given an invitation
to the selection day, however on the application form there was lots
of questions about vision - whether your short or long sighted etc,
but nothing about colour blindness. I have perfect vision except for a
slight...

Lasher Renegade Formula V Race Plane by
Curtis Scholl
For anyone who knows:
I have the plans for a Lasher Renegade, a VW powered Formula V race
plane that I plan on using for sport flying. I was given them in 1980
and they have been gathering dust while I support my children. Now at 50
years old, I am finally getting my chance.
Unfortunately for me,...

Lidle, Langewiesche, and turns by
Snidely
On Anderson Cooper 360 about last night, (at least) one of their
sources pointed out that to make the tight turn to compelte the u-turn
at that altitude and turning left, a very steep bank is needed, and
that this can cause a los of altitude -- and the radar returns indicate
that 200' was lost...
