The entire 4,000 pound bomb load exploded setting off the full fuel tanks and all the MG ammo in the belts. The miraculous thig...

I'm Hit!, I'm Hit! Bob slammed back his copilots seat and threw his hands over his face."I'm hit! I'm hit!" he shouted. I whirled around to see Bob over my right shoulder from my position in the nose. Bob was writhing in pain holding his head. Then Paul came on the intercom, "There's no blood,...

Vandalism, security measure, or something else? by Peter Duniho
I was in Tucson over the holidays. At the AFB there (Davis-Monthan), they keep a lot of aircraft in storage. At the south end of the base, several recent arrivals were parked near the fence. For some reason, the "U.S. Air Force" markings on the side had been torn up. Does anyone have any idea...

SHOCKING: Britain's Defence Minister under fire for lying (BBC Radio) by me
nobody wrote in message ... Both Bliar and Bush deserve to be tried for war crimes. Their invasion of Iraq was just as legal as Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, or Argentina's invasion of the Falklands. Nope. I'm no Bush apologist, but this...

If so it shioyld be changed to rec.politics. This is suppose to be about aviation, not politics. If it's to survive it needs a monitor to scan out tyhe non-aviation subjects. If I want to read about politics I'll go to another newsdroup or watch the news or read the paper. Walt -----= Posted...
