SNAV-LNAV low memory-battery voltage message? by
Steve Leonard
Did you check the contacts in the S-Nav? Maybe they
have some corrosion on them, causing the vario to see
lower backup battery voltage.

PDA's for sale by
Dick[_3_]
I have given up on PDA's. For $100.00 you can have 3 1550's and 1
IPAQ plus docking stations: 2 for 1550"s and 1 for the IPAQ. 1 of
the 1550's wont charge the other 2 worked fine last time I used them
about a year or so ago. The IPAQ locks up if it gets too hot (as in
Texas). Dick Mockler

What To Expect For Florida Spring by
[email protected]
Just a bit of information about Florida weather, as to date we are about 26 inches ahead of normal rainfall for the year. Now this is a big problem when it comes to soaring during the spring. We really need to dry out quick to have some good spring soaring weather. If it dried out tomorrow and...

Has anyone here tried mounting a camera on the wing (or tail) of a glider?
If so, how did you do it?
All my pictures (from inside the cockpit) are pretty boring in comparison
with the pictures you see in glider...

Since the numerator is known and relatively accurate, the only way to come up with such optimistic statistics is by significantly inflating the denominator. I’ve seen 10,000 and even 20,000 in the denominator when the actual number...

Just tried to renew the registration on my Ka8 on line, and the page for your credit card payment would not load. I was using Chrome, Windows 10 machine. Changed over and tried using MS Edge, and the page loaded. Successful renewal of registration.

Cambridge 20 approval status by

I have owned a Cambridge Model 20 flight recorder for several years
now. I have kept up with all the software upgrades to ensure it has
the maximum features and functionality. None of these upgrades fixed
some serious flaws in the software design, which I was not told about
when I bought the...

Looking for someone to refinish your glider? by
[email protected]
Amateur refinisher looking to take on some work for pay. 15 meter fuselage and stabilizer would be good, or I could do a set of wings. Could possibly do an entire glider, but might not be able to guarantee that completed by summer so it might be best to start with a partial project. Price would...

Cambridge 302. The gps engine has NOT been replaced, so it does not function as a logger. I also have a LXNAV Nano (the original one without the display). Both devices work great except for the 302 logging function. I'll part with 302 for $350 and the Nano for $300 or both for $600 ground shipping...

Power Flarm in a Super Cub by

Does anyone have useful comments to make regarding Flarm aerial
placement in a Super Cub ? (Specifically Power Flarm, but regular Flarm
also valid )
I flew a Super Cub with a Flarm stuck on top of the panel a few weeks ago
and to be frank, it was crap.

I've managed to lose track of the US national sport class trophy and could use some assistance locating it.

It should...

months back, and he was...
