Desperately need SimCharts v1.0 by
Rodger
I'm practicing instrument approaches using Jeppesen's Flitepro. It's a
good software package, but I just found out it does not work with
Jeppesen's SimCharts v2.0 or v3.0.
Therefore, is there ANYBODY out there who could either sell me
SimCharts v1.0 or share a copy of it I would be most...

As a favor to a friend, I'm hosting a page that shows the cockpit
mockup he's got for sale. It would be a fantastic start for the home
cockpit builder.

Megascenery optimized by
nathantw
Megascenery has been optimized to work properly
http://www.megascenery.com/megabooster.htm. However, the catch is you need
to pay $11 for it. Why in the world do we need to pay for the software
package that's finally programmed properly?

gameport or USB adapter? by
FatKat
I just got a new Dell that seems to lack a gameport adapter. Obviously
new controls would be good - but I'm not so hardcore or deep pockets
that I wouldn't prefer some way to hold onto my existing set-up (A
thrustmaster FCS & WCS & CH non-Pro Pedals). I've seen multi-port
adapters that plug into...

Zoom for Free by
Quilljar
The following utility called F1 View has just been mentioned on another NG.
It allows you to use the mouse wheel to zoom and pan inside the Virtual
cockpit and in spot/tower etc view within FS2004. If you cannot afford
Active Camera, this one is free and highly...

That damn rudder by
Blue
On FS2K2 I have installed two controls:
(1) MS Sidewinder Precision Pro (USB) joystick and,
(2) CA Pro Pedals (USB).
Rudder control with these two beasts fighting each other has been my main
dissatisfaction with the simulator.
What I want to do is to completely disable the twist control of the...

Airport vehicle/training simulation by
PTT
I'm fishing for ideas.
I want to make a low cost multiple display airport vehicle simulator to
drive around an airport.
Good scenery and visual presentation are more important than vehicle
dynamics.
My first thought is to get a sim like STI vehicle simulator and build or
have them build my airport....

Anyone Else Experiencing Problems with Simflight Newsgroups? by
The Real Cali Kid
I'm unable to connect to any of the simflight NGs via OE. I have the FS2004
and FS2002 NGs showing with me being subscribed, however, whenever I attempt
to read a message, I get an error message that says: "You don't have
permission to talk. Goodbye."
I have not been able to locate any...

one other quesiton on the Multiple Monitor plan... by
kimberlykrogers
Thanks to those who responded to my last post, your info was helpful,
thanks, but if I had a dual card, would my Dell receipt say that?
Mine doesn't, so I am thinking I need another card. Am I wrong there?
Here is what it says for my card:
128MB PCI Express x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X300...
