Cobra Tailgate Latch by
Randy[_2_]
I put a lot of miles on my Cobra trailer every year going to
various soaring locations. The hole that the sliding latch
uses to secure the lower tailgate, it getting larger with every
mile on the road. I've thought about using a latch similar to
the latches used on my tail dolly, but I want to see...

Active Sync and XP Connection Problems by

Last summer my IPAQ connected to my PC no problem. After resting for
the winter the IPAQ no longer connects to my PC. (It was kept charged
all winter)
When I plug into the USB, the XP system tray shows the USB device
being installed and then says your device is ready to use. The IPAQ

Weather humour by
jsbrake[_2_]
So, my local radio station told two weather-person jokes yesterday
that I thought I'd pass on to give you all a groan...
1)
Q: Where do the weather forecasters go for a drink after work?
A: The iso-bar
2)

Some limits are necessary by
Sean
It was a well written and thought provoking article by John. Thanks.
Let’s not lose sight of the fact that we have limited technology from
the very beginning of this sport. I could beat all the competition if
they would only let me fly with an operating engine. In trout fishing,
it would be much...

Thanks Morgan,
I'll be sure to take you up on your offer; it will help in the process
for sure.
Looking back on it, I should have flown Avenal a different day, as not
all the ships where there on Wednesday. I saw a Genesis showed up,
and would really like to see one in person.
The hand brake is...

PowerFlarm Delays by
Westbender
Heard from a dealer yesterday that the PowerFlarm is still bogged down
in the FCC approval process. No delivery anytime soon. No fault of the
dealers.
Bummer. I'm really looking forward to getting mine. It will get here
eventually.

I'm glad you came out to Avenal and had a good time. The practice day
was a pretty good day to be there. Sunday was spectacular as well.
RAS should get you many dollars worth of .02. Also worth searching
the archives as this is a reasonably common question that pops up and
you'll be able to...
