Pics/Drawings of Roeger Hook Installation in LS8 by
Papa3[_2_]
My LS8 came with a factory installed Roeger Hook. I removed the receiver side (machined bracket and spring latch) this winter to do some work and put it back in. Now, however, it seems a little "sticky" when opening the canopy. Anyone have a detailed picture of the fuselage showing the...

Space exploration can be interesting sometimes. BIG lift on Mars!
Some of our recent lousy lift in competitions could use a bit of this

New LXNAV LX9000 Overview Video by
Paul Remde
Hi,
I have just uploaded a new LX9000 Overview video on YouTube.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVlSvo6C4ZA
I go over many features and "how to" procedures on the LX9000. It applies

Region V So Contest, USA by
Hartley Falbaum[_2_]
We have a large number of entries now, but only two Standard Class! We
would like to have a Standard Class, but if we can't, we'll have a
combined/handicapped class. So--all you Standard Class pilots "on the
fence", c'mon out!

Crunch(es) Alert (USA)... by
BobW
The soaring season is working its way north; a quick skim of the FAA Prelims
(4/14/12 AM) after several days of absence yielded 2 single-seat notices
entered 4/13/12. Thankfully, apparently no fatalities.
Assuming 100% entry accuracy (major assumption), this one *may* eventually
make the NTSB...
