My friend who has a 26E told me he recently disassembled his main wheel bearing as the wheel was noisy when landing, he felt it lacked grease and after regreasing and reassembling he reports the wheel is much quieter.
In my (31) Maintenance manual there is no mention of greasing the main bearing in...

New Condor 2 Landscape for Florida by
Paul Remde
Hi,
I just learned that a new Condor 2 Landscape is available for Seminole Lake Florida.
https://www.condor-club.eu/sceneries/197/
However, although I was successful at unzipping and installing the Nephi landscape for Condor 2, I can't seem to figure-out how to get the Florida files to work. ...

Antares rudder pedal dimensions by
sisu1a
I'm working on a somewhat generic sailplane cockpit for Condor2, loosely based on the Antares advanced ergonomy. There is a great cross-section of it on their site (below), however I need the actual measurement of at least one component so I can accurately scale the drawing. For this, I've chosen...

Pawnee with Tost internal tow rope system by
kirk.stant
Our club (in the US) is looking at a Pawnee that has the Tost cable retractor winch system and we are curious about it's operation.
For example, it appears that the rope requires a Tost weak link assembly at the glider end, but none at the towplane end. How are US operators setting it up? Tost...

LS3a Water Bags by
[email protected]
I have a very small leak at three places on the wing water bag. I have removed the bag from the wing. It appears to be in good condition except that water is weeping from three places near the wing root end. The stitching is in good shape, and I think that it's a weld failure.
Does anyone know...

Wanted: Mechanical Vario by
Phil Chidekel
Hey all,
I’m looking to buy a mechanical vario—does anyone have a used instrument that could live in an ASW 15?
57mm is prefferred, but not required.
The winter vario in the cockpit suffered a catastrophic crunch while I was getting out of the glider yesterday.
Spring is here!
