Mounting Cambridge 10 in ASW-19 by
jcarlyle
I'm going to be putting a Cambridge Model 10 FDR (the one with the
internal battery) into my ASW-19 at the end of March. Gary of CAI
wasn't able to advise me, so I'm sort of winging it.
Because of the 10's weight (3.6 lbs) and size (6" x 6" x 3"), I felt it
would be best to mount it in front of...

Bi-wing glider by
Jono Richards
A thought came to me the other day...
Now, I have never seen a bi-wing glider, but was thinking,
could a bi-wing glider of, say 15m wingspan, effectively
have 30m performace?
This is probably a stupid uneducated question, and
I would imagine that it hasnt been done because it
wouldnt work! But...

radio permit for german registered glider by
Andy Smielkiewicz
Hallo,
Anybody versed in german regulations?
Is there an official requirement - "aircraft radio license", to have a radio
in a german registered glider?
Not a "operator permit" but some oficial permit to have a radio
installed....
Thanks.
