Citabria Pro (N5143T) ? by
joerg
The current condition and location of the aircraft are unknown. A
recent search of the FAA N number database list the Pro's N number
(N5143T) as reserved, with no aircraft assigned to the number. A
search of the NYSB aviation accident database can find no accident
involving N5143T.
Does anybody...

Q: Upset Training Course Vs Basic Aerobatics? by
Jay Beckman
Hello,
I'm a newly minted PP-ASEL and I'm making a "wish list" of things that can
make me a better, safer pilot.
One of the things I'm very interested in is learning more about dealing with
unusual attitudes and recovering from same.
Would there be advantages to enrolling in a purpose-built...

Msg from CIVA President Col Aresti by
Big G
I regret to announce the passing of Mr. Jose Luis Aresti of Madrid, Spain
on Tuesday, 18 November 2003.
Mr. Aresti was a legend in the sport of aerobatics for his work on the
"Aresti Aerocryptographic System" --- the basis of our sport for many
years. His work on the system began in the late...

electronic G meter by
dave
I'd like to install a g meter in my 7ECA. Does anyone have any experience
with the DA-55? I already have a power connection where it will be
installed from a non-functioning astro-tech clock. Hard to believe that
someone can make an LCD clock that doesn't work.

Opinions? by
Chris
Was just looking over some old brochures, and got to thinking about the
Starduster line of biplanes. Anyone have experiences with them? In
particular the Acroduster or Super Starduster models.
Also, as a fan of aviation history, as well as the newer sport designs, I'm
curious which of the two is...

Marlboro Aerobatic Team. by
Paolo
Hello everybody!
I am looking for promotional material (mainly decals and stickers)
issued by the Marlboro Aerobatic Team (Pitts Special) during the 80s,
for my private collection.
Does anyone have anything available or know where I could find it?
Thank you for your assistance.

Pitts Certification by
moby
I have a recently bought Pitts S1-C and I am trying to get its new
airworthiness certificate since the one it had became void at the change of
ownership. The FAA, however, wants a letter stating that the S1-C is an
aerobatic airplane which seems like complete bull to me. I'm wondering where
I could...

Aerobatics in Northern NJ by
Andrew Gideon
Going through the archive of this group, I see several posts about
aerobatics at Sussex. One mentions a place called Airbatix, while others
mention instructors by name.
But these posts weren't recent.
Is there any aerobatic training going on in Northern NJ now? I know about
Van Sant, but I'm...

as the training flight i did in the citabria? I know probably not *quite* as
powerful and efficient, but will i do rolls and loops and leave passengers
smiling?
Im particularly interestred in aeros pilots who...
