Hints on Securing L'Hotellier with Wedekind Sleeves by ContestID67
I just completed my first winter project to retrofit Wedekind Sleeves to my DG-101G ELAN. These will be much easier to use than either the originally suggested safety pin or even the Uerling sleeves. Very robust and secure. I purchased the sleeves from McLean Aviation in the UK (DG and LS...

PZL compass repair by 5Z
I have a PZL K-13 compass that's leaking. Here's a photo of the compass: http://www.soarbfss.org/scgi-bin/gallery2/v/Flying_0/acc.jpg.html This summer, I had the canopy of my ASH-26E open and it focused the sun onto the compass and melted a hole in the front. Luckily it was in the black painted...

FS: 1 inch (25mm) Gap Tape $1.25 a roll by TJ
I still have some gap tape left. Several people have bought some rolls and think it is a pretty good value. I had to buy a crate of the stuff (more than I can use in 20 years) so that I would have 1 inch tape rather than 3/4 inch electrical tape. It is 25mm by 30 meters. Each roll is...
