Here's a debatable subject few appreciate. For the second time in five years, the I.G.C. Bureau has been unable to find a worthy recipient to be awarded the Lilienthal Medal, Gliding's highest award. The Bureau has only 90,000 pilots/officials to select a recipient from. ( ? ? ?)

Might be a dumb question, but can you just purchase any old TE prob and throw it in your glider or does it have to be calibrated to your specific glider?

To avoid "yo-yoing" rules 1.4.5.b. and 1.4.3.c. of the Code have the "10 km apart / only once" restriction.
