Traffic? by Richard Lamb
No, not asking about other aircraft in the pattern. It's just that the amount of traffic posted here seems to have dropped dramatically while I was napping (the last year or so). Anybody else notice that? Richard

Oil Pressure Gauge Troubleshooting by Kyle Boatright
I was out flying this evening (Beautiful evening in North Georgia. We don't get better flying weather than today...) and noticed that my oil pressure was "stuck" at 100 PSI. I reduced throttle and RPM, no change, I increased throttle and RPM, again no change. I tapped the face of the gauge....

Rib stitching vs glueing by [email protected]
I was reading some information on Fisher Celebrity builders websites and saw that one builder did not like the idea of glueing the fabric to the ribs as per the plans. The ribs on the Celebrity are very thin and he didn't think there was enough glue area for a satisfactory bond, so he rib...

The new engine by mihail
The new engine. Why we overpay to the petrol companies? I have made the new engine for the automobile, to which other kind of fuel is not necessary of petrol or atomic energy. Where the new engine takes energy for work? The device, invented by me, takes energy from air and directs her for work of...

Zinc Chromate in 2005 by Michael Horowitz
I'm looking at a 60 year old Tcraft. She was originally primed with zinc chromate. If I need to remove some fabric to get at some rust, is there any reason I shouldn't use ZC as a primer? After all, the last application seems to have lasted 60 years! Are there any concerns about any of the...

In the next few weeks we'll be opening our 16th aviation theme suite (the "Apollo Suite" -- all 1960s NASA moon flight stuff -- with many thanks to this group's own Jim Weir) -- and the next one will be our "Oshkosh Suite" -- one that will be near and dear to EAA member's hearts, I'm sure! We're...

Aircraft FCC license by B. Jensen
I need to get an FCC radio license for my Glasair. Yea, I know, I don't need one if I fly in the lower 48 states, but I want to fly into Canada. Anyone know how to apply and receive a radio license for an experimental aircraft? I have a personal FCC radio permit. Thanks, BJ
