Bergstrom Plank by
keepitrunning
Could someone point me to a picture and information on the Bergstrom plank.
I think it is a single place delta wing sailplane. I spotted an aircraft at
Jean airport near Las Vegas that has that appearance but it had a Volkswagen
engine. There was no N number or data plate that I could find. ...

What Kit takes a TCM IO-240 by
Bob
What kit takes a TCM IO-240?
We have this 240 hanging around and we can't sell it but we could stick
in something and fly it.
So what would be a good platform to hang this 240 on?
Should have a fast build kit available. Fixed gear, reasonable
landing/stall speed. 2 seater is a must, Tandem or...

Book Review:Engines for homebuilt planes (Modern aircraft series), Christy by
Paul
A long-obsolete book
Joe Christy was a prolific and competent aviation writer who wrote many
short books for the G/L-TAB imprint as well as better publishers. This
one is not poorly written or edited but it is an overview of suitable
choices to power homebuilt aircraft circa 1977, its publication...

Looking for a two-seater design by
Shin Gou
that has about 100hp, can fly basic aerobatics safely and cruise at
least 150mph. My reference and comparison of this design is Cessna
A150. I want a design that has the same aerobtic capability as Cessna
A150 with lighter control(Stick of course!), and flys much faster. What
I can think of...

Soo.... is there like a (nazi)'moderator' that deletes posts if he
simply doesn't like them? I posted my idea of a dream airplane twice
and it was (apparently) deleted each time.
It would seem a shame if we don't have open discussion as long as it's
on-topic. what is this Iran?
I was refering to...

Pulsar aircraft by
MJC
All I can offer is that I very seriously considered the Pulsar III but
ultimately chose the RV7-A and am now working on the Quickbuild kit.
I like the Pulsar but it just doesn't quite compare that favorably with
other products available (especially against the RV 7 or 9 series).

Asch 82T engine availability? by

I was curious if anyone knew of availability and the source of the
Russian Asch-82t 14-cylinder radial motors such as those used on the
full-scale FW-190 copy built by some guys in Germany. I'm assuming that
the row of engines they have aren't all rebuilds. (link below) Just
curious, I guess... I...
