Lycoming IO-360 issues by
Al Marzo
Have you ever done an in-flight mag check? The folks at GAMI suggest
this all the time, as does John Deakin of Advanced Pilot Seminars.
If you have an engine management instrument like the JPI, EI or GEM
you can do this to check for a bad plug that wouldn't normally show
up. First you'll...

Wanted: Continental engines guru by
Philippe
Hello,
On my Gardan Minicab F-PRAZ, I have a A65-8F.
I have some question about these engines (only for experimental use)
1- Is the rear case fuel pump serviceable, or did I need a new rear case for
new oil pump?
2-May I bolt any cylinder P/N on any crankcase? for exemple a C90 cylinder

A question on Airworthiness Inspection by
Dave S
Ok.. I have a real problem with what you just described. An AC, by the
FAA's own definition, is considered an ACCEPTABLE means of compliance,
but not the ONLY means of compliance with the rule. So if the AC says
its acceptable, then there is no basis for it to be rejected solely on
those...

restoring aircraft by
Dave068
I am torn between building or restoring a plane. My question lies in
how do I get a rebuilt plane reregistered and is there an age or type
limit of what I can rebuild(say a navion45 vs a 50s cessne 300
series).
Thank You

I left out the crime of communicating a threat. We have an Arrow driver on
