Canoe pontoons? by
Scott Marquardt
Has anyone done it? I did the obligatory google search, and found nothing
in 20 seconds (so it must not exist, right? ;-) Obviously, though, I'm not
the first idiot to think of it.
I'd like to see a light plane with canoes for pontoons. There'd be vertical

Folks -
I have been 'gifted' a used Collins TDR 950L transponder, condition

Anyone know the pin-out description for said device and what would
make a good dummy load (lightbulb preferred)? - Mike

Landing Gear Lights-Need Wiring Help by
BG
Hello,
I'm replacing the landing gear down indicator lights and the transition
light in a Lancair 235. The installed lights are the kind that snap into a
hole in the panel, and the bulb is not accessible without removing the
entire light fixture.
I'm replacing those with the push-to-test type of...

Micro-Balancer, for Jim by
Kevin O'Brien
Apologies to all for offering an on-topic post (heh heh).
I didn't see anybody answer Jim's question. One outfit that is advertizing that
they have a DSS
Micro-Balancer for sale is Vortech, the outfit that sells those ain't-gonna-fly
"helicopter" plans in
the back of Popular Mechanics. At this...

Chevy 4.3 L V-6 and Misbehaving Engine Control Unit by
Bushy
Do you have a test unit to check for error codes, some units use a LED test
lamp you can make yourself or get a tech to make for a six-pack. I'm from
down under so we have holdens instead but most manuals give you the details.
That gives you something to start with. Check all the connectors...
