Garmin 430/530 and WAAS: Delayed again? by
Andrew Gideon
I've been surprised to read nothing here about the new delay for WAAS on the
430/530s. Perhaps it's not new to everyone else?

for third quarter of 2006. However, one must order before some time this
year to lock in the...

PDA GPS software Which one?? by
Kevin Black
Hi,
Firstly I'm in Australia and VFR. I have a Garmin III Pilot, but am also
about to purchase an iPaq PDA. Rather than upgrade to a colour GARMIN
(296/396) at megabucks I thought I could get similar functionality using
the PDA. Costings seem to be PDA nil (it's a sunk cost I'm going to buy
it...

Need Micro Balancer by
Jim
I am looking for a Micro balancer for my Mini-500. While it is very smooth
in most conditions I wil want to use a micro balancer in the future as
future preventive maintenance will tend to cause changes to current
settings. Must be a 100 or so out there now with no use because most
Mini-500 owners...

but I just don't think there are enough new features (taxi guidance, AOPA
database, etc.) to justify the price tag.
I am offering...

Aviation Consumer and Collision Avoidance by
BHelman
Aviation Consumer just published their thoughts on these portable
collision devices including the Monroy ATD-300, TrafficScope VRX, and
Proxalert R5. I thought I would share the results as I read them.
Their overall opinion rests with the Trafficscope for functionality,
and places the Proxalert at...

The Castrati must return !!! by

To save classical music, the Castrati must return,

So my plan is to create some Castrati and train them

trouble anyway, so let me cut them off and become
