Fiberglass Cowl Problem by Boelkowj
Hello All: I have 10-32 screws with 8s size Tennerman Washers as attach fittings. The cowling holes have worn slowly but surely and now I know it is time to fix this vibration problem. I like the size of the 8s but I suspect I really should use 10s. They are unpainted and not bonded to the cowling....

Lathe, drillpress, milling machine available, but..... by Michael Horowitz
The local EAA chapter has a lathe, drillpress, milling machine, etc set up in the back of the chapter house. As far as I can tell, the lathe hasn't been used in a while. When I asked, someone rightly replied they were concerned someone might hurt themselves using the lathe. Having had some training...

I've got about 200 hours on my Rotax 582 engine and was flying one day when the tach quit. I bought a new Westach tach and installed it. When I started the engine the tach seemed to work just fine but then after a couple of minutes it quit. Thinking that I had a defective new tach I sent it back...

Subaru EG33 JDM Questions by [email protected]
I've bought a "92-96" EG33 from Engine World that was imported via JDM. All hoses were cut and the ECU was NOT included. I've found the number "022110" stamped on the engine housing near the flywheel. I've been told the 92-96 EG33's were all the same engine. Can anyone verify this or speak on...

I bought a started Homebuilt project from a Guy who passed on before finishing the build.
