Hi, Club aircraft has a GARMIN GNC 300XL TSO which according to the spec, has a PC interface. Is there any software out there that I can run from a PC to enter routes, waypoints etc directly into the device? Having a PC interface is one thing, being able to use it without resorting to the SDK...

Certified to fly more than a plane by [email protected]
I'm sure I've come across posts from people here who seem to fly more than one type of plane at a time, so I guess it's legal in the US to be able to do so. It's not allowed in my country, and was interested in knowing whether India alone is archaic or do similar rules exist elsewhere...

banner towing by Emily
Anyone done it? Is it as bad as it looks? Spent the past few days at the beach watching airplanes and it looks like a really good way to bend up an airline and maybe break some bones.

Minimum fuel by Denny
Just a comment... Last weekend I had to move a full load, five seats and baggage, across three states with multiple stops... This required a light fuel load to make the W&B work out... For those who have not seen my postings on fuel before, I am a fanatic about not ever going into the last hour...

Oshkosh patches wanted! by John T
Hi all, I'm looking for the following Oshkosh patches: 1989, 1992, 1993, 1997. I may be also in the market for a volunteer patch for 2005, as I can't seem to find mine. I've started putting together my patch vest, and those 1989 and '90s patches are the ones EAA no longer has in stock.
