George W. Bush Abortion Scandal that should have been by Psalm 110
Sun Myung Moon, the Washington Times, is the proof that Bush is a fake Christian. No Christian can accept Sun Myung Moon's declaration he is messiah and "King of Kings". In the context that Moon is NOT SHUNNED and is not taken to task for selling nuclear sub technology to North Korea, it means that...

just curious after reading the following article http://www.earthfiles.com/news/news.cfm?ID=575&category=Environment the witnesses said the helicopter appeared armed but i don't think the RAF use gazelles for gunship roles do they?

Why didn't Galland customize his aircraft for his needs? by Prowlus
Looking at JV-44's craft the main commanders of this flight had aircraft with either six 30mm guns (Bär) or massive cannon (Herget) but why didn't Galland do anything to his ME-262 like the others? I'm suprised he didn't get himself a upgunned 262 like Bär did or was he the kind of pilot who didn't...

Do the RAF really want the A400m? by Prowlus
Just curious really, wouldn't going from a fast tactical jet transport (c-17) to a slower prop transport be like swapping a stallion for a mule to the RAF?

What happened to the US AF RF-4 Phantoms ? by Prowlus
I remembered the USAF did aquire the recon phantoms but they and their role seems to have disappeared alltogether come the 90s. Did they get phased out due to spy saterlites or do f-16s have a secondary recon role that hasn't been used yet?

Allied Air launched rockets of ww2 by Prowlus
Does anyone know why the allies didn't consider using their air lauched rockets as air-to-air weapons during the war when the jets started appearing? I thought it would have been a good idea to ward off any attack from ME-262s or me-163s which were too fast to attack with guns.

RAF Typhoons confirmed gunless? by Prowlus
Has the RAF confirmed that their T.1 and F.1 Typhoons are to be supplied without the mauser gun capabilities? According to Typhoon's entry on RAF's website there doesn't seem to have mention of a 27mm mauser on the fighter http://www.raf.mod.uk/equipment/typhoon.html Smart move for an aircraft...

ME-262 A-1a/U4 question by Prowlus
I was just reading a article showing a captured ME-262 A-1a/U4 with a 50mm cannon on its nose . Does anyone know what this variant was supposed to be used for Anti-tank or anti-bomber? The only other thing i know is that it was flown by a "Willi Herget"

Would the convair XC-99 make a profitable airliner? by Prowlus
Looking at a recent article of the convair xc-99 pusher transport I'm suprised convair didn't consider turning it into a civil airlinner during development . With the ability to carry 400 passengers, wouldn't this plane have ushured in the concept of mass-air travel decades before the 747 if it had...
