There are several which can be used (including this group) but you may also try
the group : microsoft.public.simulators found on Microsoft's public newsserver
msnews.microsoft.com

Hvae you considered websites? Flightsim.com has user forums for
various generations of MSFS.

alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim

Is by far the best NG and the most helpful.

What question do you have? Put it on that one and you will usually get an
answer within the hour.
