Moving a Cobra trailer?

Can anyone advise the best way to pull a trailer backwards out of its
parking space, using a vehicle? I suspect that the two handles on the back

at
the back. These have small holes in them, so are these designed to allow
the trailer to be pulled?
Pulling by the skids is better in my experience. High loads bend the handles.
