As for "Flight of the Phoenix" ...

I liked the remake. It was true to the original in premise, but updated
the story to the current era.

FWIW, my dad was fan of the original, so I've seen that several times.
Good flick, too.

Agreed! 1st one was much better...actually...didn't waste my time with the
remake.
