I liked the remake. It was true to the original in premise, but
updated the story to the current era.

FWIW, my dad was fan of the original, so I've seen that several times.

only designed model airplanes is some of the best acting
I have ever seen.

Agreed! 1st one was much better...actually...didn't waste my time
with the remake.
