Depends on the rear axle location . A Nissan Navara with a leaf sprung
rear end was terrible as the truck drivers on the autobahn will witness.
A diesel mondeo I have has towed up to a ASh30 or Nimbus 4 no
problems (Trans Europe 30k miles in the last 6 years).
In europe trucks do not have the construction regulation breaks
compared with cars that you have in the US and thus are comparatively
expensive.
