McFarlane's aft rollers are narrower to allow use of the stainless
washer on either side of the roller to stop the roller edge from
eating into the flap arms. If the damage gets deep enough, the flap
may fail and jam in the tracks. McFarlane sells stainless washers for
the front rollers already.
We have seen this damage on airplanes with less than 2000 hours
total time. Cessna has a Service Bulletin out on it.
